Heat transfer machine blanket (also known as high-temperature felt belt or seamless felt belt) is the key transport component of roller-type heat transfer machines and heat sublimation printers. This product is made from 100% high-temperature resistant fibers, processed using special needle-punching technology and high-temperature setting to form a seamless, endless structure.

As the critical medium for supporting paper and fabric during the heat transfer process, the blanket belt directly influences the clarity, color saturation, and final hand-feel of the transferred pattern. This product features a smooth blanket surface, a soft body, and temperature resistance up to 280℃. It is suitable for a wide range of domestic and imported heat transfer equipment.

Features

 


1. Truly seamless endless: no joints and no vibration during operation; no periodic pressure marks—no transverse defects on transferred products.

2. Ultra-high temperature resistance: continuous operating temperature 220–230℃; short-term tolerance up to 280℃, meeting heat transfer process requirements.

3. 100% aramid material: imported aramid fibers provide heat resistance, flame retardancy, and chemical resistance; no deformation at high temperatures.

4. Low shrinkage: after high-temperature setting, width shrinkage is controlled within 3%, ensuring dimensional stability.

5. Smooth and fine blanket surface: uniform density and smooth, elastic surface; does not damage fabric or transfer paper.

6. Soft and compressible: provides uniform cushioning pressure, ensuring consistent temperature and pressure in the transfer zone.

7. Low elongation: built-in high-temperature resistant tensile layer prevents wandering or slipping during operation.

1. Applicable processes: rotary sublimation heat transfer, digital heat transfer printing, fabric calendering & setting, ironing & smoothing.

2. Suitable fabrics: polyester fabric, polyester-spandex fabric, sportswear, curtains, tablecloth, carpet, swimwear, flags, bag fabric, garment lining, and other synthetic textiles.

3. Compatible machines: Monti Antonio, Klieverik, Sant...tex, Tural Makina, Sublistar, Calenderia, and all domestic rotary heat transfer calenders & sublimation heat press machines.
